The accommodation and food system are depending on two different "modules" in Profixio CUP. The one is the services which teams can order, and the second is the Check-in module. Here comes an example:
- A service, ex "Participant card A" is offered for teams to order.
- This service is set to include a room (for sleeping) and breakfast.
- When assigning teams to rooms, all teams which have ordered this service will be listed, and can be assigned a room inside a facility.
- This facility can be set to include breakfast. Now the teams will be, by automatic, assigned this facility for their breakfast.
Services vs accommodation
Each services which is offered, can be set to include (1) prize, (2) participant card, (3) overnight stay and (4)dinner. See bubbles. When a team order a service, the service setting
