Vacant team in schedule

NOTE: If the match is overruled by the user, none of the follwing actions is to happend.

A match with a vacant team is not taken any positions at any venues.

1. If one of the teams is vacant (or both), the match will be set to invalid (red). The end time will be set to nothing. The venue is set to the home teams venue even if the home team is vacant. 
2. Red matches will not be published UNLESS the match is set to be overruled.
