Set basic tournament data

Main settings

Enter menu "Settings" - "Main settings". Here you will find several cards with data. Just look into it! And remember to save after edit!

The first card is most important:

1. Tournament name: The name can be changed without consequences. This name is not used in any url's.
2. Tournament mail: The main tournament email address and will show up in different contact views.
3. Tournament link: This is the url to your clubs home page where you present this tournament (if you do).
4. Hide this tournament in search results: Hide this tournament if you are not ready to show it in public. The tournament can not be found in any way.
5. Tournament cancelled: Turn this on if the tournament is cancelled. On the start page it will be a message telling this is cancelled. No registrations are available. Click here for an example.
6. Front page message: This is a message shown at your start page. Click here for an example.

Tournament deadlines

Deadlines influence when registration shall open, last day to register teams and more.

Enter menu "Settings" - "Deadlines". Here you will find several cards with data. Just look into it! And remember to save after edit!

• Tournament dates - Enter start and end date when tournament matches are running (not registration period)
• General deadlines - FAKE shows a date but this date is not considered. Set fake date if you really want the teams to register before a certain date, but accept a later date.
