We will stop using support ticket system from Zendesk. In stead, we are moving to BaseCamp for handling requests from all of our users. Support requests can be entered from our main documentation site (up to the right):

We gradually move our documentation from Zendesk to HelpDocs. The reason is both of costs and functionality. We will document our solutions mainly in English, because we do not have resources to keep several languages updated. This is regarding all of our products.
