Depending on settings in registration, club registration can be ignored or included. If ignored it is not possible to avoid matches from same club (because no data exist for clubs). If not ignored, clubs can be selected from our database or entered as free text.
Ignoring club during registration
Turn on "No registration of club", bubble 1. A team can no register and club can not be selected. Most often used if a tournament is only a friends tournament, with teams not belonging to any club. It is not possible to let the scheduling system avoid internal meeting (team from same club).
International tournament
If team from another countries shall register, turn on this option (bubble 2). If selected another country, club name can be entered by manual.
Only choose club from list
For most popular sports, we have all clubs registered in our database. These clubs are having logo and officials name and short name. Most tournaments do have this option turned on. When registering a team, club must be chosen if this option is turned on (bubble 3). When scheduling, the system will avoid meeting of teams from same club.
Club logo
A club logo for a none-official club can be set for each tournament.
- Click on a team name and enter the team card.
- If wrong club is chosen, select the correct one.
- Then, enter button "Change club logo".
