Special custom playtype 1

NOTE: The league level must be set to play CustomPlaytype = 1 (this must be done by support for now)

Custom playtype 1 is a schedule divided into two parts (all teams are divided into groups):

• First: Each group play ordinary roundrobin with double serie. Example group A have 6 team, group B 4teams and group C 4 teams. Group A will have 15x2 matches, group B and C will have 6x2 matches.
• Second: Teams play against each other cross the groups
