Referee settings when publishing

A match which has been published, and then changed with time or venue, and then published again, will influence on referee(s) assigned to this match. A match where time/venue is NOT changed, will not influence on referee(s).

1. "Keep referees unchanged"
   If checked, referees are not changed when publishing no matter if matches has changed time, venue or whatever. Bubble 2 will then have no consequences.
   If unchecked: Settings in bubble 2 will decide the action.
2. "Remove assigned referees if accepted or nominated"
   If checked; Referees, both accepted or nominated, on changed matches are removed from match.
   If unchecked: Referees which are accepted on changed match(es) are set to be nominated.
   For both cases: Notification is sent if not notifications are turned off.
