Situation understanding

When a team register into Profixio, the team will get a GUI with access to activate and download invoice regarding both registration fee and services fee if ordered. Activating the invoice will result in a invoice including the following data: The name of the team which shall pay Data about receiver .....

The following actions can happens:

• The team do not activate the invoice. No economy data is needed to handle.
• The team activate the invoice and pay.
• The team activate the invoice and do not pay.
• The team activate the invoice but regrets and do not want to participate.
• The team activate the invoice but shall reduce the amount of services ordered.
