Using OCR

OCR is shortcut for Optical Character Recognition. In order to get all transactions from your bank account, an OCR-agreement must be made between you and your bank. There are 3 critical data which MUST be included in this agreement. Your bank must ensure to include!

NOTE: Your tournament must be included in menu "OCR agreement". See arrow to the right in image below.

How to tell if OCR is working?

This is very easy. Just check if some rows exists here:

An OCR-agreement consist of 3 critical parts if to be used in Profixio. Both you and your bank will have access to the OCR-agreement, so both can make this check. All data is found in menu "Economy" - "OCR agreement".

3 critical data which your bank MUST include in your OCR agreement:

  1. The account number must be correct and the same as entered in Profixio
  2. Number of characters used in KID must be the same as entered in Profixio
  3. The ID for Profixio to get transaction data. This ID is: 00184728. This MUST be included in OCR agreement!
