There are many parameters that control what a registrant can and cannot see. We will gradually list the most important ones here.

Be able to choose a club that is not included in the association's register

By default, the registration solution is set up so that you must select a club that is in the association's register. This must be changed if you are going to allow ad-hoc clubs to register teams.

For federation series: Such ad-hoc clubs will be able to receive a higher registration fee if the organizer wishes. In addition, one must be aware of the insurance rules that then apply.

1. Activate the correct tournament/series and click through to Settings Club
2. Turn off the switch for "Only select club from list"
3. Remember as always to save at the end
