Include match in CUP scheduling

When running a schedule through Profixio CUP, the matches availible play times are from start and end of the round the match belongs to. Rounds limitations are found in menu "Basic data". But what if a match has to be played a certain date? Then you must check on column "Include match in CUP".

Using CUP - How will matches be influenced?

Matches with a red cross will not be included in filter where veneues are taken. That is, CUP will position matches on a venue/time even if a match allready exists but marked with a red cross.

  1. Green matches will NOT be included in CUP if not "Include in CUP" is checked
  2. Overruled match will NOT be included in CUP if not "Include in CUP" is checked
  3. Matches with vacant team(s) will never be included in CUP
  4. Matches checked with "Included in CUP", and with vacant team(s), will NOT be included in CUP
  5. Matches checked with "Included in CUP", and have no vacant teams, will be included in CUP
  6. Yellow matches will NOT be included in CUP if not "Include in CUP" is checked
  7. Matches without avalible venue will never be included in CUP
  8. Red matches will always be included in CUP. If a red match is overruled, it turns to green.

Consequenses using "Include match in CUP"

  1. For each match you want to be played on a spesific date, check on the column shown in bubble 1 below. Enter the earliest start time for the match. Running Profixio CUP will limit the match to this date, and find the first availible position the match can be played on.
  2. Red matches will always be included in CUP whatever "Include match in CUP" is set to be.
