A payment reminder can easily be sent from tournament admin site. It is possible to send reminder both on registration fee and/or services fee.
Sending a reminder
Enter menu "Economy" - "Account summary"
- In column "Reg fee missing" make a filter like this: >0
- Click on all or select teams which shall receive this reminder
- Click on button "Send reminder notification" to open the send popup
- Select type of reminder. Most often it is "Include registration fee"
- If you want to edit the message, type the message here.
- Click button to send.
