It is possible to deny access to referee module in PL. It is only support admin which can turn on/off this setting. In FX, organisation admin is set from here (not included yet):

Restrict access - turn on
In menu "Basic data" - "League settings", check on "Referee name shall be anonymous"
Remember; This checkbox is only available for organisation referee admins!
Who can now get access to referee module?
- Users which shall have access, must be set directly in database for now. Later, GUI in FX will make it possible to assign users.
- Users without access can not enter menu "Referee" in PL. In visualizer, all referees in this leagues will have name "Anonymous".
